New Patient Information

During your first visit to our office Dr. Miraglia will review your medical history and examine your mouth. He will recommend any treatments he believes are necessary for your dental health. Together you will discuss your dental options and what is best for you.

Below is important information to keep in mind for your appointment:

Appointment

Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is requested at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-pay or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Urgent Care

If you require emergency attention, call our office immediately and let us know about your condition. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are seen right away.

Insurance

It is our goal to provide our patients with quality dental care that is financially stress-free. Our staff will work hard to obtain the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your dental insurance policy. Please bring your insurance information with you if it is your first visit.
